Safeguarding & Child Protection
We follow statutory guidance and have a designated safeguarding lead. All staff are DBS-checked and trained regularly.
Privacy Notice
We collect and process personal data in line with GDPR. Data is used solely for providing childcare services and is never sold to third parties.
Admissions Policy
Places are offered in order of registration date. Priority is given to siblings and children with an EHCP. We operate an equal opportunities policy.
Complaints Procedure
Speak to the nursery manager in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to Ofsted. A written response is provided within 28 days.
Illness & Medication
Children should not attend if they have had vomiting or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours. Prescribed medication can be administered with a signed consent form.
